MONDAY : Broome to Fitzroy Crossing
This morning we set off on our journey
heading north to Willare Bridge, we cross
the mighty Fitzroy River, before arriving at
Fitzroy Crossing. We meet the National Park
Ranger for a fascinating cruise through
Geikie Gorge down the Fitzroy River,
spot, crocodiles, exotic birds and other
native animals. From here its only a short
drive to the Fitzroy River Lodge for our
overnight stay. Tonight get to know your
fellow travellers while enjoying a campfire
barbecue dinner. (LD)

TUESDAY:Fitzroy Crossing to Bungle Bungle Ranges
Today we set off along the Great Northern
Highway passing through Halls Creek;
we make a brief stop at the unusual
geological formation, China Wall. Its time
now to tackle the rugged road into the
World Heritage listed Purnululu National
Park, home of the Bungle Bungle Ranges.
More than 20 million years of erosion and
river movements have formed these huge
black and orange striped domes. This
afternoon enjoy an easy paced walk into
the stunning Echidna Chasm, known for
its towering Livistonia Palms. Settle into our
safari camp for the night, located in the
heart of this World Heritage wilderness.

WEDNESDAY : Bungle Bungles to Kununurra
This morning time is allowed for an optional
scenic helicopter flight over the Bungle
Bungles providing views into incredible
ravines and gorges below (approx.
$295 pp, own expense). Afterwards, we
continue back along the Bungles track
to Kununurra. Alternatively, for those who
may wish to avoid the return road journey,
theres an optional scenic (light aircraft)
flight from the Bungle Bungles to Kununurra
with views of the Bungle Bungles, Argyle
Diamond Mine, Ord River and Lake Argyle.
A transfer to the hotel to meet up with
your tour group is included (approx. $295

THURSDAY:Kununurra to El Questro Wilderness Park
Join a cruise this morning from Kununurra
up the Ord River to Lake Argyle and
afterwards visit the Ord River Irrigation
Scheme plantations and Ivanhoe Crossing.
We travel toward the coast and visit the
historic port town of Wyndham. From
Five Rivers Lookout enjoy afternoon tea
and breathtaking views of the port and
the five rivers: King, Pentecost, Durack,
Forrest and Ord. Later set off along the
infamous Kimberley stock route, the Gibb
River Road, through the Cockburn Ranges
to El Questro Wilderness Park. Enjoy a
cold beer or a swim in the pool before

FRIDAY : El Questro to Home Valley Station
Enjoy the morning at leisure or for those
keen hikers enjoy an early morning
45 minute walk (strenuous) into Emma
Gorge and a swim at Droplet Falls. Later
enjoy a short walk (easy) to Zebedee Hot
Springs for a soak in the thermal springs.
Its time now to visit El Questro Station
Homestead, were we stop for lunch under
the shady trees (and the chance to buy
a cold beer from the shop). Back on the
road we rejoin the Gibb River Road passing
through the Pentecost Ranges, arriving at
Home Valley Station (cattle station/farm).
Home Valley is ideally located at the foot
of the spectacular Cockburn Range and
is bordered by the mighty Pentecost and
Durack Rivers. This afternoon is free to relax
before taking a short drive down to the
Pentecost River. Finish the day with beer, wine
and cheese as you watch the sun set over the
Pentecost River and Cockburn Range. Tonight
enjoy dinner and some Kimberley hospitality and
live country music in the legendary Dusty Bar and

SATURDAY : Home Valley Station Activities
This morning following a hearty station breakfast,
wander down to the stables were we have
arranged a very special and unique experience.
Home Valleys resident horseman will provide
an informative talk and demonstration on horse
training and horsemanship. Following morning
tea either enjoy the afternoon at leisure (laze by
the pool or relax under a tree with a good book)
or choose one of the optional Station activities
including Barra Fishing, Bird Watching, Day Spa
or Aboriginal Cultural Talk (own expense). Tonight
enjoy dinner in the Dusty Bar and Grill. (BLD)
SUNDAY :Home Valley to Mt. Hart Wilderness Lodge
Today we travel through some of the most
stunning scenery found on the Gibb River Road,
visit the spectacular Bindoola Falls, and a special
Indigenious art experience as we visit one of the
stations Aboriginal art sites. Next stop will be
at Galvans Gorge (20 min easy walk) for lunch
and a swim. Now its time to start our journey into
the King Leopold Conservation Park, to Mount
Hart Wilderness Lodge. Settle into the beautiful
surroundings which were once a cattle station.
We then take a short drive to a vantage point
and enjoy sparkling wine and cheese as you
watch the sun set over the King Leopold Ranges.

MONDAY : Mt Hart to Broome
Today travel via the Napier Ranges to Tunnel
Creek, an amazing 750 metre flooded tube
tunnel. Take an exciting walk wading through the
tunnel in knee to thigh high water and hear of the
story of the renowned Aboriginal Jandamarra.
Then to pre-historic Windjana Gorge, regarded as
one of the classic features of world geology and
a great freshwater crocodile spotting site.
En route back to Broome we stop at the Prison
Boab Tree, arriving approximately 7.30pm. (BL)

however you will be required to walk a
short distance to shared bathroom and
toilet facilities. Wine and dine in style with
a menu which includes quality produce
and Australian wines. For that extra bit
of service each tour will have a host on
board (where passenger number exceeds
