We depart New York City and head south, stopping in
Philadelphia, and Independence Hall (Liberty Bell)
site of the First Continental Congress and writing of
the US Constitution. We travel into Amish Country for
lunch (own expense). Continue on to Washington D.C.

Tuesday 05: Washington D.C. (B)
Full day tour of the nation's capital,
Washington,including Capitol Building, Lincoln
Memorial, Vietnam Memorial, Arlington Cemetery,
Embassy Row and Washington Mall area which runs from
the Lincoln Memorial to the Washington Monument. We
will also drive past the Kennedy Performing Arts
Centre and pass by the White House.
Wednesday 06: Williamsburg (B)
Our day today takes us south into Virginia. We then
continue south to Richmond ,Virginia's Capital, and
last capital of the Confederacy. Then on to colonial
Williamsburg, the seat of British Colonial Government
during English rule.

Thursday 07: Williamsburg - Yorktown (B)
Today we will visit the first original Jamestown site
and then on to restored Jamestown Festival Park,
where the 3 ships used by the pilgrims to sail from
England and a village used to start the colony are
located. We will then go onto to Williamsburg, the
Colonial Capital of the British Colony, and see the
House of Burgesses and Governor,s Residence. Then on
to Yorktown, site of the British surrender to end the
Revolutionary War. Return to Williamsburg and our
hotel.
Friday 08: Fayetteville (B)
Today we travel through historic Norfolk,
Virginia,home of the World's largest Naval Base, and
on into North Carolina and enter the southern region
of America and on to Fayetteville

Saturday 09: Savannah (B)
First today we visit the historic city of Charleston,
with it's magnolia lined streets and balconied
Mansions. We then continue on into Savannah,
Georgia , a classic southern city

Sunday 10: Orlando (BD)
Today's travel takes us to St.Augustine,
America's oldest established city. Several historic
sites are located here, including, America's oldest
school house and Old Fort on the Bay (own expense)
We then continue on to Daytona Beach driving along the
Atlantic Coast past the famous drive-on beach We then
turn inland driving on to Orlando

Today we visit the Magic Kingdom of Mickey Mouse at
Disneyworld , or the Epcot Centre (own Expense) or
the Factory Outlets for shopping.

returning to Orlando by late afternoon with an
opportunity for an airboat ride (own expense)

Travel today takes us through Gainesville and into
Georgia .Then via Valdosta , Tifton & Columbus to

Our travel today takes through Birmingham to
Nashville,Tennessee home of Country Music and the

City tour of Nashville taking in Centennial Park, The
Parthenon and passing such landmarks as the Ryman
Theatre and the Country Music Hall of Fame. Afternoon

Sunday 17: Memphis (B)
Leaving Nashville we stop at Loretta Lynn's Ranch &
Kitchen and travel on to Casey Jones Village for
lunch (own expense). After lunch we travel on to
Memphis with time to take a carriage ride (own
expense) and to see the famous Peabody Ducks.

Home of Elvis Presley, Memphis holds a special
mystique as we visit "Graceland", and Beale Street
We will also visit the Martin Luther King JR Museum
and the Peabody Hotel , home of the famous ducks.

Leaving Memphis we travel today to Mississippi
passing through Winona and Jackson to reach Louisiana
and New Orleans Cross over Lake Poncharttrain and
pass by the beautiful old mansions on the way to our
hotel.

Morning visit to Oak Alley Plantation with Cajun

Leaving New Orleans we travel through Baton
Rouge , capital of Louisiana, past Lake Charles and
on to Houston Texas, the State's largest city. After
Lunch (own expense) we will travel on to San Antonio
seeing The Alamo on the way to our hotel.

Leaving San Antonio we travel through the
Pecos area of Texas to Fort Stockton were we head
north to New Mexico and on to Carlsbad.

This morning we visit the famous Carlsbad Caverns and
journey on to Roswell. After lunch we visit Lincoln
County of Billy the Kid fame before travelling on to
Albuquerque.

Sunday 24: Durango (B)
This morning we visit the old quarter of Albuquerque
then travel through Sante Fe and into scenic green
Colorado and on to Durango for 2 nights.

Full day tour to Silverton & San Juan Skyway
returning to Durango by early evening (weather
permitting). Otherwise a free day
Tuesday 26: Monument Valley (BD)
An early morning departure for the four corners
region taking us into Arizona and Kayenta where we
will meet our Navajo Guide who will escort us into
picturesque Monument Valley and an awesome Barbecue
Dinner. After a wonderful visit in the Valley we
return to Kayenta for our overnight stay.

Wednesday 27: Sedona - Flagstaff (B)
Today we will experience shopping at an authentic
Indian Trading Post on the Navajo Nation and then
past Sunset Crater, which resembles the lunar surface
and is used to train American Astronauts. We travel
through Flagstaff on our way through Oak Creek Canyon
and Red Rock Country to reach The Artist's town of
Sedona. We complete the day with travel back to
Flagstaff

Thursday 28: The Grand Canyon (BD)
Full day tour to the majestic Grand Canyon, pearl of
the National Park System, with spectacular views of
the famous natural formations. Several views of the
Canyon are included with ample time to stroll along
the South Rim. Also available is a flight over the
Canyon (own expense). This flight is highly
recommended. Return to Flagstaff. join your fellow

Friday 29: Las Vegas
Travel today takes us across the Colorado River
marking the border between Arizona and Nevada to
Laughlin, (Nevada) where we stop for lunch (own
expense) and time to look around. Then to Las Vegas
Welcome to Las Vegas! The city that never
sleeps. A quick ride down "The Strip" before arriving
at our hotel
