Continue north along the Coast Highway visiting

This morning we visit 17 Mile Drive, Monterey,
Cannery Row and Fisherman's Wharf. After lunch (own

Full day tour of Yosemite National Park. After lunch
(own expense) we travel on to San Francisco arriving

Heading north from San Francisco we cross the Golden
Gate Bridge, travel through the Sonoma Wine Country
and weather permitting, we will have a picnic lunch
(own expense)and continue through the Avenue of the
Giant Redwoods before arriving at Eureka for our
overnight stop Tonight we will enjoy a sumptuous
dinner at the Samoan Cookhouse.

Continue north on the coast highway, stopping at the
Trees of Mystery and on to Crescent City and then
turn inland to Grant's Pass. Thence via Eugene and
Salem to Portland for our overnight stop

Cross the Columbia River and head north via Olympia

Chemainus (the town of murals) visiting the Cowitchan
Indian Village on the way. Then continue on to
Nanaimo for the ferry trip to Tsawwassen and on

Depart Vancouver and travel through the Fraser Canyon

Leaving Kamloops we journey into the Canadian
Rockies. Visit Mt.Robson National Park and continue

Today we travel down the Columbia Icefields to the
Athabasca Glacier where we take an exciting trip on
the glacier on the "Ice Explorer", We continue on to
Banff - Canada's first National Park.

This morning we take a short tour of Banff Township
We then travel To Lake Louise (lunch - own expense)
visiting The Chateau and return to Banff via the Bow

Leaving Banff, our journey takes us on to Calgary,
and into Montana "Big Sky Country" past Glacier
National Park and stop for lunch at St Mary's Lodge

This morning we travel through Missoula and head east
to Butte, once the mining capital of Montana, then
through Bozeman to Billings

This morning we visit the scene of Custer's Last
Battle at the Little Big Horn National Monument then
visit "Tatanka" - Story of the Buffalo - then travel

Leaving Deadwood we visit Mt. Rushmore National

Today is basically a travel day as we travel through
South Dakota and enter Wisconsin and then on to
Madison for our overnight stay.

Leaving Madison we enter Illinois and drive through
Chicago "my kinda town" - and then onto Toledo , the
third busiest port of the Great Lakes.

Leaving Toledo we travel through Detroit, "Motor
City" and follow the shores of Lake Erie and Lake
Ontario to reach Niagara Falls our home for 2 nights.

Today we see the honeymoon capital of the world,
Niagara Falls.There are many attractions to see (own
expense) We will then travel on to the Floral Clock
and then to Niagara-on-the-Lake and the opportunity
to visit Fort George. We will stop and view the
Welland Canal that connects Lake Erie and Lake
Ontario and return to our hotel

We leave Niagara Falls this morning and travel to
Ottawa, Canada's National Capital, with a tour of
Ottawa on the way to our hotel

This morning we travel to the Sugar Shack for a tour
of a typical French Canadian establishment and an
awesome lunch before continuing on to Montreal.
Time is spent in the Old Quarter before continuing on

Cross over the border to the United States through
country settled by the pilgrims and admire the Fall
Foliage colours along the way We will stop to see a
traditional covered bridge and typical New England

Memorial to the Washington Monument. We will drive
past the Kennedy Performing Arts Centre ,and pass by
the White House .

Our day today takes us south into Virginia.We
continue south to Richmond ,Virginia's Capital, and
last Capital of the Confederacy. Then on to colonial
Williamsburg, the seat of British Colonial Government
during English rule

Thursday 07: Williamsburg - Yorktown (B)
Today we will visit the first original Jamestown site
and then on to restored Jamestown Festival Park,
where the 3 ships used by the pilgrims to sail from
England and a village used to start the colony are
located. We will then go onto to Williamsburg, the
Colonial Capital of the British Colony, and see the
House of Burgesses and Governor's Residence. Then on
to Yorktown, site of the British surrender to end the
Revolutionary War

Today we travel through historic Norfolk, Virginia,
home of the World's largest Naval Base, and on into
North Carolina and enter the southern region of USA
and on to Fayetteville

First today we visit the historic city of Charleston,
with it's magnolia lined streets and balconied
Mansions. We then continue on into Savannah,
Georgia , a classic southern city

Today's travel takes us into Florida and to
St.Augustine, America's oldest established city.

expense) around Memphis and to see the famous Peabody

Leaving Memphis we travel today to Mississippi
passing through Winona and Jackson to reach Louisiana

capital of Louisiana,past Lake Charles and on to
Houston, Texas, the state's largest city. After lunch

Leaving San Antonio we travel through the Pecos area
of Texas to Fort Stockton where we head north to

This morning we visit the famous Carlsbad Caverns and
journey through Roswell. After a picnic lunch we
visit Lincoln County of Billy the Kid fame before
travelling on to Albuquerque.

This morning we visit the old quarter of Albuquerque
then travel through Santa Fe and into scenic green
Colorado and on to Durango for 2 nights.

Full day tour by coach to Silverton returning to
Durango by early evening - weather permitting

An early morning departure for the four corners
region taking us into Arizona and Kayenta where we
will meet our Navajo Guide who will escort us into
picturesque Monument Valley and an awesome Barbecue
Dinner. After a wonderful visit in the Valley we
return to Kayenta for our overnight stay

Wednesday 27: Sedona - Flagstaff (B)
Today we will experience shopping at an authentic
Indian Trading Post on the Navajo Nation and then on
past Sunset Crater, which resembles the lunar surface
and is used to train American Astronauts. We travel
through Flagstaff on our way through Oak Creek Canyon
and Red Rock Country to reach The Artist's town of
Sedona. We complete the day with travel back to
Flagstaff (2 nights)

Full day tour to the majestic Grand Canyon, pearl of
the National Park System, with spectacular views of
the famous natural formations. Several views of the
Canyon are included with ample time to stroll along

recommended. Return to Flagstaff. Join your fellow

Cross the Colorado River marking the border between
